Active Breathing

There is lot to be gained by learning how to do “Active Breathing” properly.

When performed properly, a good quantity of mucus can be removed. It does require practice to learn how to do it correctly, especially the huffing technique.

It is very important to be fully relaxed and in quiet surroundings so you can focus your mind on what you are doing.
